Clădirea de birouri parte din proiectul inovator One Cotroceni Park, deținut de One United Properties și dezvoltat pe locul fostei platforme Ventilatorul, va găzdui birourile Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania, subsidiara română a celui mai mare transportator feroviar din Europa. One Cotroceni Park este, în acest moment, unul dintre cele mai ample proiecte de regenerare urbană din București, cu funcțiune mixtă, cu peste 75.000 mp de birouri de clasă A, într-un parc de afaceri modern ce se conturează în cel mai dinamic pol de afaceri al orașului, în prezent.
Dintr-o clădire de generație veche, noile birouri ale companiei Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania relocate la One Cotroceni Park vor oferi angajaților spații de lucru construite conform celor mai înalte standarde, ce excelează prin eleganță, facilități și dotări de ultimă generație.
Suprafața închiriată de 2.240 mp oferă o înălțime liberă de 3 metri în toate zonele de birouri pentru un nivel sporit de confort. Totodată, angajații DB Cargo vor beneficia și de cele mai recente tehnologii implementate, precum iluminarea cu LED, HVAC - încălzire, ventilație, aer condiționat, dar și aport de aer proaspăt - precum și ascensoare de mare viteză, cu timp de așteptare optimizat, care recuperează energie. Proiectul dezvoltat de One United Properties în zona Cotroceni deține certificare LEED Platinum, ce vizează funcționarea durabilă și impactul minim asupra mediului, și este în curs de certificare WELL Health and Safety, ce are ca scop bunăstarea ocupanților săi și asigurarea celor mai bune condiții la locul de muncă.

One United Properties announces the relocation of Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania offices at One Cotroceni Park
Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania, the Romanian subsidiary of the largest railway carrier in Europe, will move its headquarters in the office building part of the innovative One Cotroceni Park project, developed by One United Properties on the site of the former Ventilatorul platform. One Cotroceni Park is, at the moment, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in Bucharest, with a mixed function, providing over 75,000 sqm of class A offices in a modern business park outlined in the most dynamic business pole of the city at present.
Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania will relocate their offices from an old generation building to the new the new one at One Cotroceni Park, that will offer employees elegant workspaces built according to the highest standards and with access to various facilities.
The2,240 sqm rented area provides 3 meters height in all office areas, for an increased level of comfort. At the same time, DB Cargo employees will also benefit from the latest technologies, such as LED lighting, HVAC - heating, ventilation, air conditioning, but also fresh air supply - as well as high-speed elevators with optimized waiting time, which recovers energy. The project developed by One United Properties in Cotroceni area has a LEED Platinum certification, which aims at sustainable operation and minimal impact on the environment, and is being WELL Health and Safety certified, which aims at the well-being of its occupants and ensuring the best work conditions.
