One United Properties (BVB: ONE), principalul investitor și dezvoltator imobiliar de proiecte sustenabile rezidențiale, de birouri și mixte de ultimă generație din România, anunță obținerea autorizației de construire pentru dezvoltarea One High District, un complex premium de amploare, cu peste 700 de unități locative, cu o suprafață totală construită de aproximativ 92.000 mp la suprafață și 16.000 mp la nivelul subsolului. Valoarea brută de dezvoltare pentru One High District este de 154,2 milioane de euro, iar livrarea este estimată pentru finele anului 2025.
Concepută în jurul noțiunii de comunitate, care oferă locuitorilor mai mult decât un spațiu de locuit, dezvoltarea One High District însumează 786 de apartamente dispuse în 3 turnuri, 28 de spații comerciale și nu mai puțin de 1.134 locuri de parcare, care vor da naștere unui adevărat cartier premium. Construită în zona Floreasca-Barbu Văcărescu, pe un teren de aproximativ 25.000 mp, din care mai mult de 30% reprezintă zone verzi, dezvoltarea propune viitorilor rezidenți un stil de viață urban modern și sustenabil, în apartamente cu design contemporan.

În plus, dat fiind că sistemele geo-exchange nu folosesc cantități mari de gaz, păcură, propan sau cărbune, presupun costuri de operare mai reduse și sunt mai “curate”. În consecință, costurile pentru încălzirea, respectiv răcirea spațiilor, sunt nu doar mai scăzute decât în cazul soluțiilor tradiționale, dar și mai predictibile, oferind autonomie de consum pe termen lung.

The Gross Development Value (GDV) for One High District is 154.2 million euros, and delivery is estimated for the end of 2025.

Consequently, the costs for heating and cooling are not only lower than traditional solutions but also predictable, offering long-term consumption autonomy.
