Ecomag and REAG 4 Loans: two new divisions of REAG - American Appraisal Group in Romania

Bucureşti - 06 februarie 2009 - The valuation and real estate consulting company REAG, Real Estate Advisory Group, member of American Appraisal Group, is opening two new consulting divisions, on the local market: REAG 4 Loans and ECOMAG.

"The new services are motivated by the fact that the Romanian real estate market has reached a certain level of development that requires integrated professional services for the sustainable development of the sector. In the context of the existing financial crisis, REAG 4 Loans is acting in accordance with „Basel II” Treaty to provide professional valuation services for bank mortgages and non-performing loans. By using ECOMAG experience we will develop on the local market the field of green buildings and the reduction of polluting elements contained by old develoments" said Constantin Banu, Managing Director REAG Romania.

REAG 4 Loans is an independent consultant, providing a range of services that addresses to banks and institutional investors, focusing on activities related to valuation of corporate retail, non-performing and mortgage loans.

ECOMAG is the company created in order to provide environmental management services from the survey stage of the project, going throught in-depth environmental investigation, reaching to the management phase and assisting the client in all the procedures required by the regulations in force.

Services: environmental impact studies, environmental due-diligence, soil analysis (geological and geotechnical reports), energy (energy certification, energy feasibility studies, energy planning), buildings safety (fire protection, work safety, safety in building yards), construction feasibility studies.
