New team extension at Bondoc si Asociatii

Horatiu Dan Dumitru  – has joined the firm as a Managing Counsel. Horatiu has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2000 and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law. Before joining the firm, he was Managing Associate with Musat & Asociatii. Horatiu’s extensive expertise ranges from IT Law, Corporate/M&A (including Privatizations) to Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and legislative process management.

Ionuț Stîrcu has joined the law firm as a Junior Associate with our Competition and Real Estate Departments. Ionut holds an LLM in Business law from the Madrid Complutense University.  Before joining the firm, he worked with the correspondent law firm in Romania of a Big Four.
